you barely get any time for changeovers, sometimes they happen over night and the communication is poor. They told all the managers on the conference at Christmas everyone was getting the bonus because we worked so hard, but then to be told later by my line manager that only selected people would receive it. You don't get any support from store level, you've just got to stick it out. The company wastes a massive amount of plastic, so have no idea how they are B certified and they never talk about the factories they use to manufacture the clothes. Also they don't seem to act on sexual harassment as you will not lose your job for doing so.
