      Great people to work with. Chris Jasper is the VP and he is more than fair. I like my job but if they had an opening I would apply. Never met the top dog but everyone says he is why they work so hard.

      Hostile work environment. Micromanaging to the point where one cannot work work their job in its entirety. Open door policy that allows for those in lower management to have little or no authority over projects or personnel. Given promotions without compensation. Little to no team work takes place due to the open door policy and competitive nature that policy breeds.
