HR allowed the male staff to pull her into a meeting where he berated her for marking his reputation. He was allowed to contunie working there. At a staff retreat, during a presentation re sexual harassment the male employees laughed (including the CEO) when the speaker began discussing a previous case of a male employee sexually harassing another male employee. It’s a pretty toxic culture at Father’s a support Center.
