I love how Fathom users genuinely get excited to talk about how much they love the product. Definitely a testament to our world class team! The people that work here are great and the CEO is thoughtful and motivated to grow with intention, not just to satisfy outside influences like investors or VCs.

Higher volume sales, lower ticket item. Can be a pro and a con.

Fully remote, fast paced. There is nothing better than working for a company that has a clear vision for the product and takes action to implement that vision. Rich is an exceptional leader and so is every other member in leadership. Fathom is a product that actually transforms how anyone in the world works and our users have a genuine love for Fathom. Even though we are fully remote there is a conscious effort to bring the team together in person to foster relationships, learn from each other, and discuss how we continue our insane growth.

There aren't any downsides imo.
