(US) President, VP's, Directors - only concern is the reports that they are responsible for sending to France (global headquarters). No accountability, accountability always pushed to plant level to recover from lack of planning to include BUDGETS etc.!! Plant managers - only responsible for reports that they are responsible for sending to VP's above, (sense a theme here). Although mutual respect is published as a Faurecia fundamental - Plant managers use profanity towards their direct reports on a daily basis. There is absolutey no respect given to direct reports. Why, because this is acceptable in Faurecia. You can not report actions which are known by upper management - threats, threats, threats !!! If the customers of Faurecia were aware of how Faurecia actually conducts itself Faurecia would be a much smaller company. Faurecia operations are like the movie "Groundhog Day". We make the exact same mistakes day after day, after day...
