Management is the reason for OT. (80 + hrs a week). No time for family. If they know you might get a Sunday off, they don't tell you till near clock out on Saturday . No chance to make plans. Supervision bullies employees. All upper management friends are first to be promoted. This isn't disgruntled talk. Its amazing how corrupt.
