Huge turnover - Terrible HR policy - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Faurecia

HR policy is nonexistent when it comes to talent management and training. The huge majority of my coworkers even considers HR as the "useless department" The organization is very matricial and even confusing sometimes. Less N+1 +2 or +3 (in all areas...) and more doers would probably benefit the company.
