Vantaggi
Good benefits, salary, car allowance, and bonuses. People there are great to work with - I am friends with the majority of the people I started there as an intern with still today, even though we almost have all moved on from Faurecia. Workload is generally distributed fairly, unless they are under a budget crunch. Company has a lot of events, and travel is covered by reimbursement.
Svantaggi
This company teaches you how to work for them. A lot of the systems and practices aren't transferable directly, so if you start out here as an intern like I did and get hired on full time, you will only be learning the way Faurecia does things, not the industry way. Management is the worst I've witnessed at a large company. I've seen people get things thrown at them and screamed at in meetings, get made fun of and told "You are acting so American." Upper management - women included - gossip in meetings, who's sleeping with who, who's hot, etc. Very non-professional vibe. Management carries personal feelings over to work and will make your life hell or fire you if they see fit. Have witnessed a lot of people get fed up, turn in their two weeks, and miraculously have a promotion and/or 10k more in salary offer to stay with Faurecia. The minute a budget crunch hits, they start cutting everything to stay under it, including letting people go and doubling or tripling workloads to the people who are still there.
