Pay isn't on par for position. Couldn't care less about their employees. They haven't empathy or concern for employees unless you are one of the managers little buddies and there is no even across the board for everyone like they say.they will run off all of their good workers and then be on life support by using temp agencies. They have this same problem in almost every single plant in the U.S. it was this way 20 years ago in the Riverside plant and will certainly be this way for the blue springs plant. I will say the assembly uap manager does care about his workers and the plant manager does to a point. Attendance system is a joke. You can only get 5 points and you are fired. And everything is a point or half a point, so don't so much as be 30 seconds late even if the there is a blizzard. They don't care they do not close down for any reason other than scheduled holidays and then they will add and extra day off if Ford shuts down but not pay you for it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
