No growth for honest & hardworking employees Worst work life balance..you’ll start loosing your health & mental peace but management will do nothing & doesn’t care at all No promotions for good employees. Promotions are reserved for only managers & higher level in hierarchy, even though they don’t deserve it. Promotions are given to employees who are their favourites. No work culture, ethics at all in the company..full of chanacha culture
