Horrible leadership, unrealistic metrics, below average pay, things happen to Support with little to no warning or heads up. One day they will expect one thing from you, the next day it will be completely different. Tools of the trade keep getting downgraded, but instead of fixing the problems, leadership just raises expectations and leans on specialists to make up for the deficit. Morale is at an all-time low. They keep up-skilling specialists for new tasks, but no pay raises. We were told not to look at other salaries from similar jobs/companies because "we don't really do what they do, and they might not be accurate," which is a huge red flag. Very top-heavy company, lots of unnecessary middlemen who only serve to act as yes-men to those above them. They use one of our "Core Values" of "good vibes" as a cudgel to write people up for asking why we're treated poorly.
