the people are nice and they make you want to come to work

The company culture use to be the stra point of this company but things have changed. They use to say the people matter, now its all about profit. The company use to care about their workers but now its all about profit. They decided to cut most of the benefits plus they pay lower than most of their competitors. Hired new people who care only about how to make the company rich without caring on how to increase the pay of their workers. almost 70 percent of the benefits were stripped or reduced. They throw people projects that does not align with their skills and when the customer complains they all point fingers at you for failing. Putting people in place of leadership who are not qualified, lots of bottlenecks

Our People Ops team is always focused on providing a total package (inclusive of benefits, compensation and experience) that meets the needs of our team members. To do this, an annual internal Benefits Survey and other internal surveys are conducted. In the last 6 months, we have modified our benefits offering including expanding our offering to include paid family medical leave for up to 12 weeks. Additionally, Fearless pays an average of 80% of the cost of medical insurance for our team members and offers dental, vision, and short-term disability at no cost. Thank you for leaving this review.
