When express and ground merged, some of the admins decided they weren't going to do any of the new express tasks that needed to be done. Management either didn't seem to notice or did not care as they never intervened or addressed this disparity. A coworker with my same job title was in the air conditioned office all day, working on tasks that were not a priority while I was getting slammed with work that was required for my position.
