Insurance is the best reason. It is a very fast pace job that keeps you in shape. They also have 401k match.

To fedex your nothing more than a number. Since times have changed and there are so many people looking for a job they know they can easily replace you. They will try to milk you for everything you can give. They stress numbers and stops per hour and threaten your job constantly which makes you dread going into work. They put so much pressure on you that they force you to speed and work on your break just to keep your job.You won't have a life working for this company because you will be married to them.

When express and ground merged, some of the admins decided they weren't going to do any of the new express tasks that needed to be done. Management either didn't seem to notice or did not care as they never intervened or addressed this disparity. A coworker with my same job title was in the air conditioned office all day, working on tasks that were not a priority while I was getting slammed with work that was required for my position. If that is what management wanted, that is fine. But it was never addressed to the team. Management doesn't address or care about these things as long as someone does it.
