Car allowance program removed for sales, minimal home internet reimbursement. Variable compensation/bonus structure ever changing, constantly a moving target from quarter to quarter. Often times variable comp is impacted by things outside of the control of sales professional with few opportunities to correct due to adjustment approval process. The amount of internal battles fought on behalf of the customer is often times harder than bringing on new business.
