You can move up if you are a hard worker and good with retail. The job straddles Retail and Manufacturing so its a pleasant atmosphere not doing stocking all the time you're not with a customer.
Svantaggi
Benefits are not as good as what FedEx Express has although of course less of a physical toll. It is a Retail job, so you will be occasionally working with customers with odd expectations.
