FedEx always valued it's people. People, Service, Profit was the mantra. Happy people provide great service and the company does will because it has happy customers. FedEx Supply Chain has a culture of confusion, missing mission and lack of clarity along with a advancement culture that rewards destroying your peers to make yourself look better. While that may have been perfect when they were Genco, it doesn't fit a mature world class company like FedEx.
