Smaller branch of FedEx with their own HR and corporate operation. Changes in HR has made it a less supportive dept for employees and more adversarial and heartless. They refuse to pay competitive rates for employees while increasing the work burden but expect management to reduce turnover. Zero tolerance for small mistakes and will fire you without warning.
