Working at Fedtec has been a deeply troubling experience. The management team consistently behaves unprofessionally, often making inappropriate gestures and comments that create a hostile environment, particularly for women. It’s clear that they prioritize exploitation over ethics, and it’s disturbing that the last five HR specialists either quit or were fired after reportedly rejecting advances from their superiors. Women who don’t comply with management’s inappropriate expectations often face public humiliation and unfair treatment, making it a toxic place to work. Pay is also far below industry standards, adding insult to injury. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if they value a respectful, supportive workplace
