Does not stand behind their employees - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Federal Data Systems

Minimal contact with the company after being hired, no kind of representation from management while onsite. They have no idea what is going on with their employees onsite. They will cut your salary and say it was the prime that cut your salary, when all along it's them who cut it by 20% or more for no real reason. They will remove you from a contact and promise they will find you something else with the company, don't believe the hype they wont and you will be on the street. They will do things to force you out instead of just flat out firing you, as if they don't want to pay you unemployment...stay away from this company!!!
