Vantaggi

Coworkers were really friendly and welcoming and good to talk to.

Svantaggi

The school isn’t run very well. They don’t seem invested in what’s best for the kids. Curriculum isn’t what I would call developmentally appropriate.

Vantaggi

Early Childhood Education, also known as childcare, is a challenging industry, particularly for mission-driven non-profits committed to serving the community. FELS stands out from other organizations because it prioritizes its mission and is dedicated to doing things the right way. While this approach may not sit well with everyone, it is how all childcare organizations should operate.

Svantaggi

Unfortunately, Early Childhood Education is under-appreciated, and teachers and staff are underpaid. This is an industry-wide problem because families cannot always bear the burden of higher tuition to help pay teachers/staff more. Despite this negative, FELS is looking to change the narrative.Early Childhood Education is a crucial foundation for our children’s future, yet it remains underappreciated, with teachers and staff often receiving inadequate pay. However, FELS is committed to transforming this narrative and ensuring that those who nurture our youngest learners receive the recognition and support they deserve.Early Childhood Education is often underappreciated, and as a result, teachers and staff are frequently underpaid.
