In addition, the market opportunity in front of us is huge - lots of opportunity to grow and scale, with a product that can truly benefit the people around us.

Something that could be improved is the onboarding of new vendors / technologies. This is a fast-paced industry so moving quickly and with agility is important. IT / InfoSec take their responsibility seriously (which is good) but there needs to be a better way to securely embrace new tools faster.
