Old company with wealthy, racist and sexist Upper management. They have full control of everyone and will ensure they use this “power” to keep staff “in line” with no half days allowed for sickness, 9-5 hours, Monday - Friday. No belief in Covid and have made no adjustments despite the rest of NYC doing so. If you get an employment opportunity elsewhere, take it! No room for growth, especially if you’re a minority. Their “preferred” employees get perks that the rest of the staff does not.
