Lordy, where to start. Benefits are similar to what I imagine working at Foxconn in China is like. You get no PTO and a health plan that would make sense if you were a child worker in the 1800's. How to get a promotion or get ahead? Go back in time and insert yourself into the family somehow. Otherwise you are stuck doing the same thing until you either quit or are mercy fired. Oh, or just shmooze up to them and be a bootlicker, then you'll still have awful pay, but at least you can do literally anything you want. Management really is a joke and they expect everything done yesterday. I literally had to come in on Thanksgiving to finish something because it was made clear if I didn't finish something, my job was in jeopardy.
