We are surprised at some of the comments as you noted being on our engineering team in Itasca, which has virtually no turnover and some of the strongest and most positive feedback on their leaders based on our last employee survey. Our projects tend to lean heavier on NPD with some continuous maintenance, and our engineers work across all product lines to keep a nice diversity in their work. We are highly team-focused and collaborative in every project as well - all qualities validated in our last employee survey.
