For the most part, you get to work with some really great people.

Management has NO idea how to handle internal issues. Very unprofessional and gossip about employees behind their back. Also, management chooses favorites, and if you are not one of them, it can be hell to go into work everyday. It feels like high school all over again.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
