Theres too much spoon stirring in the pot. They first lay you off saying theres cut backs.. You get laid off look to collect unemployment but they stopped it by calling you bak to work then to find they dropped your pay from 17.00 to 12. But its budget cuts but yet still they are having coparate luncheons and expensive trips off to other countries. They work you like a slave and then turn around and hire other drivers but they still ay you off. These are a bunch of projundice people who really dont care about ones livilyhood. Thely have no compassionate for no one but their wallets never mind the workers that are trying to survive. You continue to push the card about lay off's, but you are still hiring dirivers and not bold enough tosay to the person you are laying off you are to cheap to pay them what they are worth......

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits

Management is often absent and lacks understanding of the day-to-day realities of running such a lean operation. Overall talent quality has been declining, and the management compensation and bonus structure frequently drives irrational decision-making.
