Most people with the company are easy going and relaxed. Most members of upper management seem like somewhat decent people.

Svantaggi

Raises are an insult. Been with the company for 7 years and the last several yearly raises have only been about 2% at best. I have been at my location for over 7 years and haven;t been offered a single chance to advance or be promoted. Unless you are management or outside sales your chances of earning more money are practically null and void.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits

Management is often absent and lacks understanding of the day-to-day realities of running such a lean operation. Overall talent quality has been declining, and the management compensation and bonus structure frequently drives irrational decision-making.
