Lots of Vendor reward trips and spiff programs if you are in sales

They will use you and abuse you as long as they think they can legally get away with it. Working lots of overtime punched off the clock. Then, when you gain some seniority they get rid of you because you dare to use your accrued vacation time! They do not valve experience and instead like to train train train the youth. Every one knows this its the talk of the town.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
