The culture that made the company one of the best places to work at, died about 4 years ago with the retirement former CEO of Frank Roach. Experience and tenor with the company was a badge of honor, but that all changed about 4 years ago. Experience and tenor placed a target on your back and lot of employees were terminated or left on their own.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
