There is a good ole boys club and if you are not in that club it can be hard to advance. Advancement is based on location and availability. If you are asked to relocate, you must go. If you do not relocate t will be held against you. Pay is OK, but if you are not in a management position you will not be making a lot of money.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
