This also applies to benefits and work environment - Wildly non-compliant - Rampant favoritism - Negligent leadership with zero career pathing and development opportunities (unless it’s forced by corporate L&D) - Pay structure for hourly staff was developed to highly compensate those who work high hours. Structure for exempt staff unequal between sites/gender/race for all departments. - Many skeletons of former management practices coming to light, many of who are still employed with the company.
