If you enjoy being around people, are open minded, have motivation want to succeed then look somewhere else for employment. Most but not all people who work here are degenerates, ignorant, rude and willing to settle for the way things are, which aren't good. From the very beginning your told you have 1 week holiday off the bat, to most of us that means there's a week available for you to use, but actually it's accumulated which makes sense but when told they hold back the accumulated part of it, also cleaning is a major role also left out of the job description and orientation that might sound a little unworthy but when you have three machines to run making the same money people sweeping floors make it makes no sense, this job is worth a lot more than the 20 bucks an hour they pay, also there are no preventive maintenance on the machines making it difficult to actually have a good day, if you'll notice all the good reviews are from the office not the floor people, I wonder why?

Low pay, very busy work for the pay, no training protocols, no preventive maintenance, no raises, vacation accumulated, ignorant ,rude degenerates(typical Brantford people), mouthy tough people hiding behind the company's protection, bullying and then blaming the complainant for being too sensitive

Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

Svantaggi

Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
