- Far from being an international or diverse company!!! 70% of the population are Italian men +40 years old. - Meetings are held in Italian, official communications are sent out in Italian. no one cares that you don’t understand anything. Learn Italian or die. - Extremely hierarchical. You end up working to please their egos. So much arrogance, prepotente & political issues. - Lack of transparency on salaries, no career path. - People love to stay long hours in the office just to show they are there. - Incompetent HR. You have to send them 5 mails before they reply. Unfriendly. - Aberration to change. With the excuse of holding onto tradition, they end up losing opportunities and falling behind in innovations.
