During my years in Ferrero I improved my technical and personal skills, thanks to formation course (Nielsen, Kantar,...) and an high profile of senior management. Ferrero has great values that influence your daily job in a very efficient way.

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
