Ferrero USA is growing at a good pace, company is solid, no layoffs. Products are excellent, family company so no short term result pressure, managers are usually understanding to family problems, people are great and it's easy to build personal relationships. Good work/life balance. Taking your time at lunch break is encouraged.

Svantaggi

The company used to be known for offering good benefits, making it attractive despite the low salary (around 30% lower than the market average). These benefits are no longer provided. HR is inadequate, incapable of performing basic HR activities such as New Hire Guides, Exit Interviews, Mid-Term Reiviews, etc. Talents and HR managers have been known to hire direct family members, friends and even partners from overseas

Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

Svantaggi

Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
