Ferrero used to be a family oriented organization. Over the years the environment had drastically changed due to poor HR management. The employee moral had noticeably declined. Managers didn't understand their direct reports daily responsibilities. The company had no mid year reviews, no training, no career development, no processes, many inefficiencies, understaffed departments and low salaries all due to lack of engagement from upper management.
