Old-leadership style, where respect to hierarchy is strictly important. You are not welcome to talk to your Director, your boss will do so if needed. Leaders are cold, distand and most of them, rude. No work-life balance. They want you to be in the office, not because they need you or because works needs to be done, but because they want to literally see you at your chair after 6pm. Old-fashioned Culture, with no innovation or creativity promoted (even Innovation is one of their values). They mean "excellence" as a way of losing time in minimun and rarely important details. No professional development or career. You will probably get stank in the same position all your career inside the company. And if you finally get promoted, will probably be because you have spend so, so, so much time there.
