The company is pretty small so you get to know everyone. Everyone is focused on making sure you are successful so there is a lot of support from the beginning. Great event coordination experience and it was fun meeting and working with all the vendors and other supporting companies.

Not many cons. Some early hours, also don't get behind on your work.
