Should you dare to question these deadlines, you'll receive a warning since management isn't interested in hearing "no" for an answer. Incompetent management is a significant issue here, with many managers lacking the necessary skills to lead and motivate their teams effectively, leading to a high turnover rate and low employee morale. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent at this company, which takes a heavy toll on both physical and mental health. Be prepared to be micromanaged and worked to the bone. Ineffective managers only exacerbate the problem. They often micromanage employees and fail to provide clear guidance, making it challenging to complete tasks efficiently while expecting same-day turnarounds.
