You'll probably appreciate that you can practically walk in and start working on something. The sales staff are pretty good at landing jobs. You've got to self-train, or get thrown under the bus. But maybe you find that motivating.

The culture here is rotten, nobody cares about work quality, and morale is the pits. Company suffers from top-heavy management, with a lot of dead weight at the top fighting hard to keep their place, to the detriment of the company. Managers have no technical skill or interest in the nuts and bolts but compensate by strong-arming employees. Around the time I left, there was a new mandatory non-compete agreement, which was terribly broad and you should seriously consider before signing. I strongly recommend you don't--Feynman Group is extremely (and proudly) litigious. In spite of rigid dress code and work hours, you won't feel professional: developers are second-class, asked to use the back entrance, not allowed to have a beer at lunch--while owner shows up at the office high on pot and brags about it. Managers are salesmen and will flat-out lie to clients about the company's capabilities--you are expected to bite your tongue--this gets tiresome. Especially when the customers complain later. No overtime. Lousy perks. Not a place to be proud of.
