Great Technical Staff, Horrible Management Staff - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software presso FiTec

Director board is terrible, have little/no clue as to how the foundation should be managed (too much politics), Little/no consideration for the technical staff that 'carry' them. There is no career path for anyone, except for the 'special' ones. Big discrepancies of salaries between technical staff and upper management.
