If you face doesn’t fit you will be made to feel unwelcome. Nepotism is rife in the place where managements relatives get promotions. Management is out of their depth also and the top heavy with management who has zero experience. Company itself is on a downward spiral.

Mixture of working in office and from home. Hyperfast doing well.

Some middle managers are out of their depth, resulting in high turnover of staff, no structure in place, and newcomers having to constantly ask unrelated departments for help. Office environment is very loud near the customer service team. Middle managers are winging it, and not the best choices, they struggle themselves with retaining knowledge and being professional.
