Thanks for taking the time to rate your experience in Fibrus. Needless to say, I'm incredibly disappointed to hear you've had such a poor experience with us - a "Draconian management style" and "toxic environment" certainly isn't reflective of what we're trying to build in Fibrus, or indeed what the general sentiment from our colleagues currently is. I wish you had raised these concerns during your time with us, rather than anonymously, as we'd have been able to investigate your concerns and put solutions in place.
