Ummmm free coffee, clean-like lunch room, clean building, the food people that come on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's, some of my co-workers are pretty hilarious....helps me get through the day without loosing my mind

Where to start............................ 1. You get 10 minutes per day for break time....10 minutes for the whole day that you have to split up to use for the bathroom or to go get coffee or make a personal phone call, whatever the case may be......no sure how legal that is but it's ok you have health insurance for antibiotics for your UTI you're going to get from holding your pee 2. Valuing their best employees is non-existent.....don't bother going above and beyond, it gets you no where 3. I've seen people get fired living better happier lives than they did while working with this company 4. Your supervisors and upper management are just as miserable as you are so they do their job enough to get by and stay employed and that's it 5. People that are hired are complete morons and will always make your jaw drop when you listen to the pure stupidity that comes out of their mouths 6. Unless you apply elsewhere outside of the company, there is really not much room for growth....... 7. If you think that management is going to have your back about anything, think again! 8. The attitudes that people have will make you eventually snap and tell them to shove it 9. Big brother is always watching........you constantly have eyes upon you 10. The amount of inconsistencies are so abundant that you start to believe your own lies that you tell people on the phone 11. No one is ever on the same page........NEVER EVER 12. Sometimes when you have questions, upper management will shrug you and your question off if they don't feel like dealing with it 13. The call center as a whole isn't even treated fairly..............different teams......different expectations.......and that means different ways to get screwed over 14. HR isn't any better..............they will also always find a way to screw your over especially when it comes to your money....watch out and pay attention and make sure your affairs are in order 15. I just can't say anymore because I'll be here all day typing.....just watch out and watch your back
