Dark times - Recensione dipendente - Regional Sales Manager presso Fidelis Cybersecurity

At the end of 2019 Fidelis was acquired by Skyview Capital and that was the end of Fidelis. The people hanging on now are only doing so to get paid while they look for another job. There is no new revenue and the "top performers" only inherit their deals there is nothing new coming. The working environment is toxic and the sales people constantly have to stroke the egos of the internal people. Sales closes deals and the TAM's have temper-tantrums that they weren't recognized for the one time they sent out the teams invite. The CEO is the most pompous person on the planet. The CEO's only skill is passing blame off onto others and he does it as he blows off customers meetings to drive to the shore or the bay. He loves telling people how rich he is even though he isn't that rich. Fidelis is a dumpster and avoid at all costs if you can.
