This is not a good place. The way that people treat each other is actually shocking. We are on our third sales team in 12 months because the CEO constantly points the finger at sales and provides no help. The marketing department has no clue and provides no value. We are hemorrhaging employees because everyone knows and recruiters wont call us back because they know just how bad it is. If you are on the fence get off and stay where you are because unless you are getting a massive improvement in title this place isn't worth is because we don't pay market value. Additionally, we have been offered cash in exchange for positive reviews multiple times. The level of desperation expressed by the CEO is astonishing. Just stay away.
