1. The technology needs a ground up rebuild to take advantage of the cloud resources that are available right now. 2. The CEO, CFO, and CRO are, in my opinion, unethical and only out for themselves. There is no loyalty to the employees and most of their decisions are made at the expense of the employees for the benefit of the company. 3. The manager of the Sales engineering team is dishonest. I actually saw him lie to a customer about product capability to secure a sale.
