Little opportunity to move up within call centre. Tough to take ownership of issues as there are different departments that might need to work on an issue and the communication is inefficient between them. Addionally management is constantly changing the evaluation metrics, often times reverting back to old methods. Company is in transition period as many jobs are being relocated to other centres and thus long term stability within the organization is delicate.
