Good product and work/life balance but too corporate and not innovative enough - Recensione dipendente - Delivery Engineer presso Fidessa

Not challenging enough (my role at least). Also too corporate. The company exists since the early 90's which means that they have a lot of established, strict processes which limits your freedom to develop new solutions. Not a client facing role and had to dress formal 4 days in a week. Very last century mentality
